SHINKYOKUSHINKAI CULTURE AND PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE
Shinkyokushinkai karate is one of the most powerful and dynamic karate styles. Its founder, Oyama Masutatsu, has gathered in a unified style of karate the most effective and at the same time simple techniques and methods of all types of martial arts. The deep meaning of this martial art is contained in the individual elements of the name SHINKYOKUSHINKAI, which radiate attraction and magnetism:
- SHIN – new, updated
- KIOKU – final, absolute
- SHIN – true
- KAI – society, union
The karate created by Oyama is above all a culture and a philosophy of life that his students carry with them and pass on to future generations for several decades. This philosophy of unity completely overlaps with the concept of the festival, which unites different styles of music, diverse interests and creates spiritual and emotional enjoyment from the provided activities accompanying the festival program.
On August 4, 2024, in the “Zahari Zograf” hall of the “Rila” hotel, Borovets, tourists and guests of the “Dr. Emil Iliev” International Jazz Festival will have the opportunity to touch the unique Shinkyokushinkai karate style through the demonstration training that will be conducted by Dr. Krasimir Zhelyazkov.
